This raised a need of rapid, speedy and efficient construction process, type in both RCC and Steel construction type. Pre-Engineered building is the best way to achieve this. PEB offers you efficiency in cost and time which are the most preferred parameters in construction industry. Compared to the Conventional Steel Building (CSB) the PEB has no any truss system rather it has the column and rafter system.
We @ Dharshini Engineering have pioneered this skill and have completed wide range of projects ranging from as small as 200 MT to as big as 5000 MT of projects.
Conventional steel construction could be considered the parent to pre-engineered steel buildings; both are still used in the industry to develop everything from small steel sheds to skyscrapers and wide, open-span facilities. Conventional steel buildings are individually designed from the ground up, from scratch for each project. Often the architect and engineer have few design tools. Any change or addition to the design, such as a specialized projection or another design outside of a strictly geometric shape (usually square or rectangle) requires customized work.
We @ Dharshini Engineering have been doing this since last 2.5 decades as this being our primary focus of business and being the industry dynamic changing its approach.
But conventional designs are here to live as they provide solutions to various load related factors in the building thus keeping it going. We have been doing this design and providing solutions of these in BOX – SECTIONS to our automotive customers like FORD, SUZUKI, HONDA, BMW and recently the ongoing projects of MARUTI SUZUKI in their current development at Kharkhoda Haryana, size ranging from 100 MT to 7000 MT size of projects have been executed by us.
